Terms of Service

SkyCallAI.com is operated by BookMyTime.co (ABN 22 322 910 689). Last updated 11 July 2026.

1. Using SkyCallAI

SkyCallAI provides a 24x7 AI-powered receptionist that answers calls on your behalf, captures details, books appointments and sends you call reports. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SkyCallAI to:

  • break any law, or facilitate any illegal, fraudulent or deceptive activity;
  • impersonate another business, person or organisation, including by setting a business name or greeting designed to mislead callers about who they have reached;
  • send or solicit spam, scams, phishing, or unsolicited marketing;
  • harass, threaten, defraud or harm callers or any third party;
  • infringe the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others; or
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure.

You are responsible for the content of your greetings, menus and the calls handled on your account, and for complying with all applicable laws (including telemarketing, recording-consent and privacy laws) in the places you operate.

3. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, and stop providing the service to your business, immediately and at our sole discretion, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms — including any abusive, fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful use. Where we can, we will give you notice and an opportunity to fix the problem, but for serious or repeated breaches we may act without prior notice. We may also report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities. Fees already paid are non-refundable where termination results from your breach.

4. Service providers

Calls and messages are carried using third-party telecommunications and messaging providers. By using SkyCallAI you acknowledge that such providers are involved in delivering the service.

5. Service availability & disaster recovery

SkyCallAI is provided on a best-efforts basis. We aim for high availability but do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. The service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, upgrades, third-party telecommunications or infrastructure provider outages, or events beyond our reasonable control. In the event of a major outage or a disaster-recovery scenario, restoration of service may take up to 20 hours. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, missed or unanswered calls, lost business, data loss, or other damages arising from any unavailability, interruption, delay or failure of the service, and our total liability is limited as set out in these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Billing

A card on file is required at sign-up; you are not charged until you subscribe to a paid plan. Usage beyond your plan’s included allowance draws on your prepaid balance. See the Pricing page for current rates.

SkyCallAI / BookMyTime.Co do not keep your credit card details or process payments — your card is stored and charged securely by our payment provider, Stripe.

7. Your data

Your call recordings, summaries and customer details are kept private and made available to you and your team. We do not sell your data. Call audio recordings are automatically deleted about 30 days after the call; transcripts and summaries are retained while your account is active. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and how long we keep it.

8. AI accuracy & limitations

SkyCallAI uses automated speech recognition and AI to transcribe calls, capture details (such as caller names and phone numbers), generate summaries, and classify calls. These outputs are produced automatically and may contain errors — for example, a caller’s name, phone number or reason for calling may be misheard, misspelled or incomplete, and summaries may omit or misstate details. You should treat AI-generated information as a helpful aid, not a definitive record, and verify important details — especially names, phone numbers, appointment times and addresses — directly with the caller before relying or acting on them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from inaccuracies in AI-generated transcriptions, summaries or captured details. Call handling itself follows deterministic call flows; the AI component performs transcription, summarisation and classification only.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the service.

10. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Questions? Email [email protected].
