Forward your calls to SkyCallAI
Keep your existing number — forwarding sends your calls to your SkyCallAI number so your 24x7 AI-powered receptionist answers them. Setup takes about a minute. The steps differ slightly by phone and provider; find yours below.
First: the number to forward to
Use your SkyCallAI number exactly as shown on your dashboard, including the area code — e.g. an 02 (NSW/ACT), 03 (VIC/TAS), 07 (QLD) or 08 (SA/WA/NT) number is entered as 02 XXXX XXXX or in international format +61 2 XXXX XXXX (drop the leading 0 after +61). Both work on Australian networks.
iPhone
- Open Settings → Phone → Call Forwarding (on newer iOS versions it's Settings → Apps → Phone → Call Forwarding).
- Turn on Call Forwarding, tap Forward To, and enter your SkyCallAI number (with area code).
- Go back — a phone-with-arrow icon appears near the signal bars when active.
Don't see the toggle? Some carriers don't expose it in iOS — use the keypad codes below instead; they work on every mobile.
Samsung Galaxy & other Android phones
- Open the Phone app → tap ⋮ (top right) → Settings.
- Tap Supplementary services (on some models: Calling accounts or Calls) → Call forwarding → Voice call.
- Choose Always forward (or a conditional option), enter your SkyCallAI number with the area code, and tap Enable.
Menu names vary slightly between models and Android versions — the keypad codes below always work too.
Any mobile — keypad codes
Dial the code in your phone app (replace the placeholder with your SkyCallAI number, area code included), then press call. Your network confirms on screen.

Example: forward everything to 02 5839 5859 → dial **21*0258395859#. Check status with *#21#; ##002# cancels all conditional forwarding. Tip: “don’t answer + busy + unreachable” together = SkyCallAI catches everything you miss while you still answer what you can.
Landline & NBN phones
- Telstra: pick up, dial *21, then your SkyCallAI number, then # — wait for the confirmation tone. Cancel with #21#.
- Optus and others: usually the same *21…# pattern, but codes vary — search your provider's help for “call forwarding”.
- NBN / VoIP services: forwarding is set in your provider's online portal or app rather than on the handset.
About cost
Forwarded calls are carried by your phone company, and your carrier may charge for each forwarded call — typically like an outbound call to an Australian number. Many mobile plans include this at no extra cost, but check your plan. SkyCallAI itself doesn’t charge extra for receiving forwarded calls — see the rates on our pricing section.
